What types of businesses do you work with?

We work with service-based businesses — law firms, consultancies, marketing agencies, property agencies and similar — typically teams of 5 to 50 people, where the founder or leadership team is still heavily involved in day-to-day operations and project management. If your business delivers work for clients and your operations haven't scaled with your growth, we can likely help.

Do we need to switch to new tools?

Almost never. We build inside the tools your team already uses — Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, Salesforce, HubSpot and others. If a tool genuinely isn't fit for purpose, we'll tell you — but our default is to make what you have work properly.

How long does a typical engagement take?

Most engagements run about a month from kickoff to handover — though the exact timeline depends on how quickly your team can engage with the process. If availability is limited, we adjust the pace rather than rush it. For businesses that want ongoing support after the initial engagement, we offer support packages and retainers to keep things running smoothly as you grow.

How is this different from hiring a PM or operations manager?

A PM manages work day to day. We design the system that makes that work manageable. After our engagement, your existing team — whether that's a PM, an ops lead or the founder — runs the system independently. We build capability, not dependency.
