You built the business. Now it runs you.
Your calendar is packed with client calls and day-to-day management. Your best hours go to putting out fires, checking on your team, chasing project updates and dealing with admin. By the time you get through the day, there's no space left to think, plan or grow the business.
You've probably tried fixing this before – switching project management tools, adding more meetings, hiring another manager. And you're still the one holding everything together.
The real issue isn't your tools or your team. It's that there's no single system connecting how work comes in, how it moves through delivery and how you stay across it all without being in the middle of every conversation.
The tools you have are perfectly capable — the problem is they're designed to work for every type of business, which means they don't truly work for anyone's business out of the box. Getting them to match how your specific team operates takes a different kind of expertise — and it's not something anyone should be expected to just figure out.
One system. 10 minutes a morning. Full visibility.
The Delivery HQ is an operations command center for your business, built inside the tools you already use.
It gives you one place where you can see which clients, projects and commitments are active, what's coming up next and who owns what. Every piece of work has a clear owner, status, next action and realistic deadline. Team capacity and workload are visible, so you don't oversell or overload.
In about 10 minutes each morning, you review how the business is tracking – where work is stuck, where timelines or margins are at risk, and what actually needs your attention.
The Delivery HQ is shaped to fit your team and your client mix. Your people follow it day to day without adding more admin, because it's built around how they already work – not against it.
How we build it: the PPC Method (People – Process – Comms)
We don't start with your tools. We start with how your business actually operates – then design a system that scales your way of working.
The system fits your business
It's clear who owns which clients, accounts and responsibilities – and who can say "no" to new requests. Roles are defined around how your team actually works, not a generic org chart. The way work and information are organised supports your people's natural working styles, so they operate more independently without you in the middle.
Work flows in a controlled way
New work enters the business through a small number of clear intake paths. There's a visible, consistent flow from brief → production → review → delivery, so nothing depends on you remembering or chasing. Capacity, priorities and "what we say yes to" are defined, so you don't quietly oversell the team or let scope creep eat your margins.
Only the communication that actually matters
Each channel – project management tool, Slack, email, calls – has a defined role, so updates don't get scattered across random threads. Updates and handovers are anchored in the Delivery HQ. Only the meetings that genuinely add value remain. The rest go.
Because the Delivery HQ is designed this way from the start, it becomes simple enough to use almost on autopilot – and strong enough to stop overruns and over-servicing from quietly eating your margins.
From diagnosis to delivery in about a month
The exact pace depends on your team's availability – we adjust the timeline rather than rush it.
Diagnose
We interview your team, observe how work actually moves, and audit your current tools through the PPC lens. You get a Delivery Blueprint – a clear design for your new system across People, Process and Comms.
Build
We configure workflows, views, dashboards and light automations inside the tools you already use. Your morning dashboard goes live – 10 minutes to see where every client and project stands, what's at risk and who owns what.
Embed

Questions about the Delivery HQ
What is the Delivery HQ?
The Delivery HQ is an operations command center for your business, built inside the tools you already use. It gives you a single view of every client, project and commitment – with clear ownership, status and deadlines – so you can review how things are tracking in about 10 minutes each morning instead of spending hours chasing updates.
What tools do you work with?
We build the Delivery HQ inside the project management and operational tools your team already uses – Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, Trello, Monday, Salesforce, HubSpot and others. There's nothing new to learn or adopt.
How much of my team's time does this take?
Week 1 requires 30–60 minutes per person for interviews. The training workshop in Week 3 is a single session. Beyond that, the build happens on our side – your team keeps working normally.
What does "cut operating costs by 30%" actually mean?
It means your team spends less time chasing updates, re-doing work because of miscommunication, and over-delivering on things clients didn't ask for. For most businesses we work with, that translates to the founder getting a full day back each week and a measurable reduction in projects going over budget or over time.
What happens after the 14 days of support?
Your team owns the system. The Playbook and Loom videos mean anyone can be onboarded without you. If you want ongoing support or need to evolve the system as you grow, we offer support packages and retainers – but there's no obligation.
Do you replace our project manager or operations lead?
No. The Delivery HQ makes your existing team more effective. If you have a PM or ops lead, they get better tools and clearer processes. If you don't, the system reduces how much of that work falls on you as the founder.
What if we don't see results?
The 90-day guarantee covers that. If you haven't freed up at least one full day per week from operational management compared to Week 1, we keep working with you for free until you do.
